Where can we find you?
Our storefront has officially opened! You can find us at 1828 12th ave, Ste B on Friday & Saturday 11am-6pm and Sunday 11am-5pm.
Do you offer dairy free, gluten free, or vegan options?
Yes! We have two vegan options—vegan yuzu crinkle cookie and vegan AND gluten free ube cookies & cream rice crispy. All of our rice crispy treats are gluten free! Please note, however, that we are not a gluten free facility and there is a risk of cross contamination.
Do you accommodate nut allergies?
Of course! All menu items that contain nuts will always be disclosed. Please note that while I can accommodate a nut allergy, my kitchen is not 100% nut free and cross contamination can occur.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Unfortunately, I don’t have any items available for shipping on the site right now.
Do you offer pick up?
Our shop is take-out only, first come first serve. We do not currently offer ordering in advance for pick ups. However, all custom catering/cake orders are pick up only, at the shop!
Do you offer delivery?
We cannot offer delivery at this moment. All orders must be picked up in person.
How early in advance do I have to order my cakes?
I require at least two weeks notice for all cake orders. With that said, I cannot guarantee that your order will be fulfilled even if you do place an order two weeks in advance. You will receive an email and full refund in the event I cannot fulfill your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
All custom orders cancelled before 72 hours of the order date will receive a full refund. If cancelled between 72-48 hours, orders will receive a 50% refund. If cancelled within 48 hours of the date, orders cannot be refunded.
